10/3/2015 0 Comments foxy miss roxyFoxy Miss Roxy was the third stunning young lady that was brave enough to pose for Chantal on the Fotacs stage at the 2014 Photo and Film Expo. She is a photography student who was kind enough and brave enough to step in at the last minute when Chantal's model was unable to join her.
Roxy is so beautiful with sexy long legs, striking features and stunning blue eyes. To top it off, she has a fabulous tattoo, and we just love working with ladies who have tattoos! Roxy was amazing to work with... She is so fun and vibrant. We are definitely going to do more shoots with her! Roxy was ready to rock the shoot on stage, as soon as Monique finished her gorgeous hair and make-up. She shone and owned the stage, even though she was sitting on the most uncomfortable ladder with a lot of lights and cameras pointed at her. Roxy was so fantastic, she was even willing to try a few different things, such as blowing rose petals from her hands to demonstrate the versatility of continuous lighting. Thank you to the people who assisted Chantal with the demo photo shoot:

This weeks beautiful style guide is inspired by soft blues and tans ... these are beautiful colours for a boudoir shoot. Our favourite part is the nude heels, we love them as they make legs look like they go on for ever! Add a string of fabulous pearls, or a simple statement gold necklace and the outfit is simple, elegant and very sensual. Love
The femme fatale girls XXX 2/3/2015 2 Comments what is boudoir photography? Every woman is beautiful, sexy and glamorous, although they often do not feel that way. Sometimes everyday life doesn’t allow women to apply the perfect make-up or dress-up in the fabulous outfit that hides at the back of their closet. But…What women don’t realize is that the men in their lives see them as sexy and beautiful even though they cannot see it themselves. What exactly is Boudoir Photography? The easiest way to explain it is to define Boudoir: French for a woman’s private room or bedroom. In photography terms: Boudoir can be a bedroom, hotel or anywhere that creates an intimate location for classy and sensual images. We define Boudoir Photography as the art of capturing beautiful, glamorous and sexy photographs of women, in an intimate setting. This means you can be any age, height or weight...Every woman is gorgeous and deserves to feel that way. Our gorgeous femme fatale ladies come from all different walks of life, some are moms, some are wives, some are business women, and some are brides .... All are equally fabulous and beautiful in every way. Each one of them has a story to tell about their journey to feeling great in their own skin, why not read a few of their stories on our testimonial page.
So when you are ready, send us an email or give us a call, we can't wait to help you on your journey of loving yourself again! The femme fatale girls XXX 17/2/2015 0 Comments gorgeous rozi ...The fabulous, and ultra sexy Rozi Cheeks was the second brave young lady that joined Chantal on the Fotacs stage at the 2014 Photo and Film Expo.
I am sure you recognise this gorgeous lady from other femme fatale photo shoots. We just love working with Rozi, not only is she absolutely stunning with fabulous features, beautiful tattoos and a vintage look but she is also the nicest lady you will ever meet. This is why she is one of our favourite ladies to work with. Rozi's lovely hair and make-up was done by Monique, then she was ready to shine on the stage. Facing a huge crowd, sitting on a very uncomfortable ladder on an incredibly hot day, Rozi totally rocked the demo photo shoot. Thank you to the people who assisted Chantal with the demo photo shoot:

The femme fatale girls XXX 10/2/2015 0 Comments sexy miss scarlett ...Chantal, one of our fabulous femme fatale photographers, was invited to do a talk and live demo on the Fotacs stage at the 2014 Photo and Film Expo. Her topics were : What is boudoir photography? and How to use continuous lighting in a boudoir setting.
Obviously, to do the live demo, Chantal needed to find young beautiful models, who have nerves of steel...as they were required to pose on stage, in lingerie, for the masses of people that attended her talks. Miss Scarlett was the first brave young lady, who was up for the challenge. Her soft sophisticated look and fabulous features, made her a perfect model for the day. Once she had her lovely make-up and hair styling done by Shandre, she was ready to venture out onto the stage that was made up to look like a bedroom. This must have been one of the most nerve-racking experiences for her, but she handed them with elegance and grace and we got some amazing images of this sexy young lady. We do have to extend thanks to a few people who helped us at the expo:
Here is a peak at the sexy Miss Scarlett... Love The femme fatale girls XXX 2/2/2015 0 Comments welcome 2015 ...You have probably been wondering why we have been a little quiet lately. The femme fatale ladies XXX Most make-up brands have their own brush cleansers available, however, it is not necessary to spend a huge amount of money to keep your brushes clean and fresh. If you do not have any make-up brush cleanser, you can wash your brushes using water and mild baby shampoo, or use the recipe below for an awesome DIY cleanser...we just love! Often using a store bought brush cleanser can often be easier, quicker and more convenient! They are also great for day to day cleaning. However, it is recommend that you give your brushes a 'deep' clean once a week. Here are two amazing brush cleansers we recommend for daily use: 1. MAC Brush Cleanser Like all other MAC products, this is fabulous. This is an alcohol-based cleaner, and is great for breaking down make-up residue that other brush cleaners often can not remove. This cleanser is really effective, easy to use, and is specifically formulated to prolong the life of your brushes. MAC is available at certain Edgars stores, or you can shop online. This cleanser retails for approximately R170 and we think it is well worth it. 2. Fresh in a Flash This make-up brush cleanser is made for the awesome Rubybox team, that is based in Cape Town. It is very really quick and easy to use. All you do is spray it on your brush, wipe on a tissue and allow it to air-dry. We love how easily it fits into a make-up bag, so it's a must have for all ladies who travel a lot. At R69,95 it is reasonably priced and very effective. It is available online through the Rubybox website. DIY make-up brush cleanser For a really effective 'deep' clean of your brushes, this recipe is fabulous, especially as you probably have all of the ingredients lying around at home. All you need is:
Look and feel fabulous!

The femme fatale ladies XXX Chantal Drummond, one of our sexy femme fatale ladies has been involved with Buddies for Life magazine, a quarterly publication, written by and for cancer patients and survivors, for quite some time now. It is a cause that is close to her heart and something that she loves being involves in. Buddies for Life is part of the Breast Health Foundation and they use the magazine to create awareness and give support to those who need it most. The summer 2014 edition was published in October, in time for Breast Cancer Awareness month. The theme for this edition was bright, colourful and had to illustrate diversity and unity. When the team at Word for Word Media contacted us about this cover shoot, we were delighted to hear that we had two beautiful and very inspirational women to photograph, Cindy Matthee and Zoleka Mandela. Cindy Matthee - Femininity does not depend on breasts .... Cindy, like many women, used to believe that having breasts made her feminine, but after being diagnosed with breast cancer at the beginning of 2014, her outlook totally changed. She is currently writing a book on the relationship women have with their breasts, and is encouraging ladies to send her a photograph depicting this relationship. The message that Cindy has for all cancer patients is "Cancer is not a death sentence. While you fight it you live. You cant wait to live later". And this inspirational lady is doing just that, from going 4x4ing over the Sani Pass to partying at Oppikoppi with her husband Dawid, Cindy is now living her life to the fullest. Zoleka Mandela - A social icon, mother and breast cancer survivor Granddaughter of two South African icons, Nelson Mandela and Winnie Madikizela Mandela, Zoleka believes her social responsiblity to create awareness is inspired by her grandparents and their passion to bring about change. Having lost two children, her daughter Zenani, in a car accident on the eve of the 2010 World Cup, and her son, Zenawe who was born three months prematurely, Zoleka was devastated by the news that she had stage 2 breast cancer in 2012. Always wanting a large family, she refused treatment for three months, and describes that she felt that loosing her breasts made her feel like she was loosing her connection to her children. Zoleka now has two beautiful children, and has written a book called "When hope whispers". She hopes it will encourage people to change themselves, and empower women who are diagnosed with breast cancer. It was emotional and empowering to meet two amazing and inspirational women. Often we are overwhelmed by the small things in our lives. But, when you see the positivity and determination these ladies have, who are fighting this disease. It makes you realise that there are people out there with more serious problems than yours and also it helps puts your problems into perspective. The ladies of femme fatale boudoir would like to thank all who were involved in this amazing photoshoot : The White Room in Randpark Ridge for the gorgeous location. L'il Delights for the super delicious cupcakes, that the ladies really enjoyed. Monique, our in-house Make-up Artist, for the beautiful make-up and who did a fabulous job, as always. The inspirational team at Word for Word Media, who gave us artist freedom to create something beautiful and magical. Cindy and Zoleka, it was so awesome to work with you both - your energy and positivity is infectious and it was an amazing experience for us! Love
